Who I Am
I've spent 4 years getting insurance systems live across 5 countries — Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, and Guam. Every go-live was different, every client had their own quirks.
My job is simple: understand what the business actually needs, turn it into something developers can build, make sure the data is clean, and walk the users through it so they don't panic on day one.
I work mostly with T-SQL for data validation, JIRA for tracking, and a lot of patience for stakeholder management. When things go wrong — and they always do — I fix it fast.

Business Analysis
I write BRDs that developers can actually work with. No fluff, just clear specs with examples everyone understands.
SIT & UAT
I run the testing cycles so clients know exactly what's working and what's not — before go-live, not after.
T-SQL Debugging
When data goes wrong during migration, I write scripts to find the issues and fix them — fast.
Go-Live
I make sure the deployment happens smoothly and stick around during hypercare to handle whatever breaks.
Regional Rollouts
Different countries, different rules. I adapt the system and documentation to fit each location.
Training & Handover
I train users so they're confident on day one — not panicking. Documentation that actually gets used.

American International Group
Coordinated the rollout of AIG's core insurance system across 4 regions — Philippines, Guam, Taiwan, and Vietnam. The challenge was making sure each country got the same system but with their local tweaks.
OONA Insurance System Deployment
OONA Insurance — Philippines
Full deployment lifecycle for OONA Philippines. Managed SIT/UAT, got client sign-offs, and trained the business teams. Made sure they were confident enough to use the system on day one.
FPG Insurance Engine Upgrade
FPG Insurance — Philippines & Thailand
Led the core engine upgrade across PH and TH. Scheduled migrations during off-peak hours (nobody wants a system down at 9 AM). Wrote T-SQL scripts to verify data came through correctly after cutover.
Starr Thailand UAT & Go-Live
Starr International Insurance Thailand
Guided Starr Thailand through UAT — catching issues before they became problems. Stayed on during hypercare to handle whatever came up. Used T-SQL to trace data discrepancies when things didn't look right.
IFRS17 Compliance
Starr International Insurance Thailand
IFRS17 is complicated. Made sure Starr Thailand's system was ready before the deadline hit. System changes, testing, sign-off — all done ahead of schedule.
